Curry rice, coconut beans and mushrooms


INGREDIENTS

200 g of rice

Mushrooms

Coconut beans

1 onion water curry

1 vegetable broth

Salt and pepper


PREPARATION

STEP 1

Put the vegetable stock in hot water.

2ND STEP

Brown the onion in the pan a few minutes then remove it, reserve in a bowl.

STEP 3

Put the rice in the pan. When the rice turns brown, put the water on it. Let the rice absorb all the water and add the curry.

STEP 4

Mix, add onion, coconut beans, and mushrooms, mix well. Let heat for a few minutes.

STEP 5

Serve hot.
