Vegetarian Fajitas with avocado


INGREDIENTS

2 tomatoes

1 red onion

2 Avocados

1 small box of red beans (about 300 g)

1 small box of corn kernels (about 250 g)

4 wheat tortillas

½ bunch of fresh parsley fine salt and black pepper from the mill spicy sauce

PREPARATION 
STEP 1
Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
2ND STEP
Rinse and carefully drain the kidney beans. Do the same with corn kernels.
STEP 3
Wash, dry and cut the tomatoes into wedges.
STEP 4
Peel and cut the red onion into thin strips.
STEP 5
Remove the skin and avocado cores and cut the flesh into thin slices.
STEP 6
Place all the ingredients on the tortillas: the tomato quarters,
the avocado slices and the red onion slices.
STEP 7
Finish your vegetarian fajitas with avocado by putting a few drops of spicy sauce,
a little chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
STEP 8
Serve your vegetarian fajitas with avocado and enjoy
them as long as the avocado is fresh.
