Vegan brownie


INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 40 g of almond puree
  • 80 g of brown sugar
  • 3 c. tablespoon of applesauce
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp. cornflour
  • 1 C. coffee baking powder
  • 1 C. cider vinegar
  • 50 g of nuts
  • 50 g of cashew nuts


PREPARATION

STEP 1

Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a saucepan. Melt in a bain-marie until smooth. Add the almond puree while cooking in a bain-marie. When everything is homogeneous, remove it from the water bath.

2nd step

Add ground almonds, brown sugar and applesauce. Mix well. Transfer the preparation to a salad bowl.

STEP 3

Add sifted cornstarch, baking powder and apple cider vinegar. Mix well. Add the nuts and crushed cashews. Mix.

STEP 4

Pour the dough into a lightly oiled square dish. Bake for about 25 minutes (preheat the oven to 180 ° C).
