A small box of lentils (about 265 g drained) 1 onion 2 carrots 1 C. cornflour (12 g) About 5 c. flour (60 g) Salt and pepper
Peel onion and carrots.
Cut into pieces and pass them to the blender.
Add your well-drained lentils.
Salt and pepper.
Mix everything so that the lentils are thinly sliced (but not completely boiled).
Pour into a small bowl.
Add a tablespoon of cornstarch and mix.
Then add the flour until you get a puree-like consistency (add if it seems too liquid).
Fry in some oil.
