A week with meno-slimming.....
Tomorrow morning makes a week that I taste meno-slimming, and I can say, 🤪SUPER🤪, it works, really you can trust me I'm happy, I lost since last Sunday 1.5 kg (how many is this in 🤨???? euh shit🤭... euh sorry😙 euh wait I think is 3.30 lb hope is correct🤔)
After a week, I think it is a very good result, Don't lose weight too quickly, 1.5 kg (3.30 lb) per week is enough, I do every day 5 to 10 minutes fitness, and if I can, I walk 30 to 40 minutes every day, I like walking...🤩
Fruits and vegetables as much as you want (wait a minute, at mealtime of course) Pasta from time to time (per week 1 or2 times) I prefer vegetables, but not all, for me, green bean (I love the name french bean bean🙃), corn, tomato. carrots, spinach sometimes, cucumber, zucchini, asparagus, yellow red and green pepper, mushroom, pumpkin (yummy I love it) 💋
Bread, always on my example, what I eat, fiber cereals 1 to 2 slices per day, 50 years (soon) 1.64 m (5 feet 4 inches, approximately), at the time 75.3 (165 lb approximately)(About 3 months ago 80.2) (176lb and always approximately) yes i know but why do you think I'm looking for anything that helps me to lose weight, I was doing yo-yo, lose, taking and loss and taking again and again, grrrrrr I have enough . must do something and I do it
