Vegetarian burger with soy steak
4 soya steaks
4 sesame burger buns
2 red onions
some green salad leaves
Wash, dry and cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Then cut red onion rings after peeling them. Wash and squeeze the lettuce leaves. In a non-stick pan (preferably without adding fat), cook the soy steaks for a few minutes by turning them over halfway through cooking.
At the end of cooking, season them with salt and pepper according to your taste. Cook the soy steaks on each side. Cut each hamburger bun in 2 and toast for a few minutes in the toaster (or in your grill-oven).
When the buns are grilled to your liking, spread barbecue sauce on the bottom, add some green salad leaves, slices of tomatoes, soy steaks and a few slices of red onions.
Finish your vegetarian burger recipe with soy steak by spreading some barbecue sauce on the inside of the hats and then close them. Serve your veggie steak burger with fries or green salad.
