Vegan chocolate cake


.300 g dark chocolate

.275 g flour

.50 cl of coconut milk

.80 g of brown sugar

.100 g of applesauce

.75 ml of coconut oil

.30 g grated coconut

.1 teaspoon baking powder

.1 teaspoon vanilla powder

  • (1 teaspoon equals 5gr)

STEP 1 Pour coconut milk, vanilla powder and grated coconut into a saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until smooth.

Crush the dark chocolate into pieces and pour it into a salad bowl. Add the hot coconut milk mixture. Mix a few minutes so that the chocolate melts and the preparation becomes smooth and homogeneous.

Add the applesauce, then the coconut oil and finally the brown sugar. Mix well. Finish by adding the sifted flour and yeast. Mix until smooth and homogeneous. Pour the dough into a lightly oiled cake pan.

Bake for about 35 minutes (oven preheated to 180 ° C). Check the baking of the cake with a knife blade: it must come out clean and dry. Cool the cake before unmolding and eating. 😀
